I was wondering if anyone used silicone bakeware on the road? It's lightweight and folds up so I think it would be easy to take along, but I'm not sure how it would work in the convection microwave. Will it melt?

We made a similar journey in our Rv. I got the silicone bakeware but it was a pain. You have to put it on a cookie sheet to stabalize it or everything will spill right out.
