Baked Spaghetti Pie 11 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Found a different twist on plain old spaghetti. maybe you've already seen it. Just thought we'd share!!

Baked Spaghetti Pie

1/2 lb of Spaghetti
1 tbsp. butter
1/4c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Egg
1 container of ricotta cheese
Jar of Spaghetti sauce
Mozzerella cheese

1st, cook the spaghetti according to box directions. Drain & dump into a bowl. Mix in the butter & the egg. Put it into a 13x9 baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Then, add the ricotta cheese. Next,You can add meat of your choice. Add spaghetti sauce, use as much as you would like. Top off with mozzerella cheese.

I have a large family to feed (7 of us total) so I double this. If there is leftovers, they don't make it pass lunch the next day!!

Enjoy!

OH NO!! I can't believe that I forgot to finish writing out the recipe! You don't know long or at what temperature to cook this!! SORRY!!!

Anyways, Preheat oven to 400*. Bake the COVERED spaghetti for 30 min. Remove the foil cover & continue baking for 15 min or until cheese is lightly browned. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

Now you can enjoy this!!

Sounds good. Think I can do it in a convection microwave?

I've never had or cooked in a convection microwave, so I'm not really sure what to expect. I did find a book about the microwave tucked in a drawer in the motorhome. It's sitting in the driveway, so maybe I'll just experiment with the baked spaghetti recipe in the driveway this week and let you know
